Description of the job
Core duties include: • Managing real estate agencies’ portfolios in designated areas/regions; • Visiting clients on a regular basis, providing demonstrations and closing significant deals; • Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and strengthen existing ones in accordance with the regional business plan; • Reviving lost clients to reduce attrition and find new business opportunities; • Efficiently managing tasks and tracking KPIs within the CRM tool for assigned portfolios; • Investigating upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth; • Handling client inquiries and concerns, taking responsibility and following up for prompt resolution; • Promoting long-term strategic partnerships with clients through exceptional customer service
Requirements for the position: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
A business bachelor’s degree and at least two to three years of field sales experience are prerequisites.
