- Leading the HR function for the company
- Partner with business stakeholders on people matters to support long-term vision and align priorities and goals with the right talent and resources
- Handling HR Operations in territories including Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait
- Responsible for Talent Management – Handling performance management, succession planning & talent development
- Responsible for Rewards & Recognition for the hospitality brands and aligning as per the group
- HR Policies and implementation – Designing policies and to retain top talent. Responsible for headhunting top talent in the hospitality sector based across different countries across varied levels.
- Market Mapping and Business partnering with help of the market / competition reports.
- End to end recruitment of vacancies within UAE and support any senior hiring across GCC region
