Senior Sales Development Representative

Job description Responsibilities:

• Use research and networking to find and chase possible leads via a variety of channels, creating new business possibilities.
• Start and keep in touch with new prospects, building connections and getting to know their requirements so you can help them move through the sales funnel.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with prospective customers by knowing their problems and offering them solutions that meet their needs.
• Always meet and go above and above the daily lead prospecting goals to keep a continual stream of new leads coming into the sales funnel.
• Carry out a certain number of outreach activities each day, based on the requirements and preferences of each lead, using a variety of contact channels to get leads interested and turn them into customers.
• Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate records of all prospecting activity, conversations, and results.

MUST HAVES: 4 to 5 years of experience in professions that include talking to clients.

• The level of speaking and writing in English has to be A+.

GOOD TO HAVE: • Knowledge of tech/software and services linked to development.
