1.\tKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- \tDesign and implement SharePoint and PowerApps-based web and mobile app solutions
- \tUnderstand functional requirements of a software system.
- \tPerform design, construction, and deployment of software products and associated modules.
- \tUnderstand architecture and design of major overhauls and minor fixes of software product.
- \tSupport development of a logical and physical data model mapping the application requirements to the database design.
- \tDeliver performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- \tUnderstand and implement technical strategy for meeting product performance, reliability, scalability, and security goals.
- \tSupport development of team by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
- \tCommunicate closely with the development team, update the work status to the lead and the project manager.
- \tWork flexibly with other team members across regions as necessary.

Qualifications:
- \tBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Must have a 8-10 years of total work experience
- \tMinimum 5 years of experience in the following:
o\t SharePoint Online
o\t PowerApps
o\t Power Automate
o \t Power BI
Core Competencies:
- \tExperience with source control tools such as SVN, GIT
- \tExperience of working with Agile Methodology
- \tSharePoint skill details
o\t SharePoint Framework
o\t SharePoint Ribbon, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Object Model (SOM), Office 365, SharePoint workflow elements
- \tPowerApps and Power Automate skills details
o\t Create business app – model driven and canvas
o\t Environment set up and management
o\t Solutions and application lifecycle management
o\t Power Apps component framework
o\t Integrate PowerApps with data source
o\t Create real-world functional apps for phones and tablets
o\t Knowledge of major resources of PowerApps
o\t Set up Power Automate account
o\t Apply robotic process automation
o\t Integrate external applications using third-party APIs and flow using connectors
o\t Create, execute, monitor, manage, and share flows
- \tPower BI skill details
o\t Power BI Desktop (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View)
o\t Datasets, Visualizations, Reports, Dashboards, Tiles
