Duties
Respond gently to consumer complaints, requests, and questions.
Observe established protocols and guidelines when it comes to delivering the
answer.
Assume full responsibility for the consumer in every transaction to ensure end-to-end resolution via customer care at every encounter.
Achieve outstanding customer involvement and assure a major increase in customer experience.
Must be able to deal with opposition from customers and overcome obstacles.
Qualifications
Intermediate and A-Levels
innate ability to relate to users
Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking
Proficiency in written and spoken English, either native or bilingual

From Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., candidates can also come to our office for walk-in interviews (with their current resume and original CNIC).
