Our client is a leading Signs and Graphics manufacturer based in the North West specialising in Signage, Banners, Window Graphics, Facias and Flags, Digital Signs, Monoliths, Vehicle Graphics and Car Wraps. They are currently looking for a Trainee or Junior Business Development Manager to join their growing team.
This role is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. My client will consider people with previous signs and graphics experience looking to move into a sales role or candidates with sales experience gained in a different industry.
*Please note that the role will be predominantly office based in the probation period and then once successful we will be a hybrid office / remotely based role.

Responsibilities / Requirements:
- Support the Sales Manager to achieve and deliver sales targets
- Contribute ideas to marketing strategies to grow sales at national, regional, and specific show sector levels.
- Create sales leads through industry research and activities to achieve sales figures for targeted sectors and specific show sector levels.

- Working with the other regional sales team to support in sales activities across the regions.
- Working in collaboration with Operations, ensure the process of booking in projects is aligned and communication is robust.
- Building and maintaining professional networks and attending relevant industry events.
- Maintain the positive reputation and ethics within the sales department by complying with all company policies and procedures.
