KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Provides expert advice to technology portfolio manager on the portfolio dependencies and re-use of existing
Mobile capabilities from an architecture point of view
# Conducts in-depth analysis of Mobile architecture elements and identify target architectures and gaps from
baseline in line with RTA technology strategy
# Supports in developing and implementing enterprise architecture practices and standards to enhance and
maintain an innovative, integrated, secure and reliable Mobile technology
# Creates, reviews, and improves RTA Mobile architecture practices and standards
# Ensures compliance with RTA portals architecture principles and standards for various systems and
components
# Provide expert advice to project managers on smart government programs and projects and manages complex
Mobile enhancement programs and projects as required
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Provides expert inputs during Request for Proposals (RfP) development and evaluates vendors’ proposals for
smart government architecture domains
# Establish metrics for tracking and measuring the value of smart government Mobile architecture initiatives
such as measuring model reuse or adoption of Mobile technologies
# Establishes design guidelines, standards and requirements of smart government Mobile architecture and
ensures that architectural modeling is embedded in RTA technology practices and is in line with Dubai Smart
Government standards and guidelines
# Identifies new and emerging mobile and smart technologies and assesses their relevance to RTA technology
strategy and architecture
# Contributes to project related architecture reviews and ensures compliance with RTA smart government
Mobile architecture policies and procedures
# Develops and maintains Mobile architecture models including conceptual, logical and physical models and
ensures that architecture repository includes up-to-date Mobile architecture models
# Identifies, evaluates and recommends Mobile architecture alternatives for business cases
Education
# Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering from a recognized
university.

# 6 years of working experience / 4 years in same field.
# Professional Architect Certification such as TOGAF, etc.
# Have experience with various best practices/standards in the market such as HTML5, SDLC, TOGAF, or any
smart government / e-government related practices
# Excellent working knowledge in IBM worklight
# Excellent working knowledge of mobile and web standards, frameworks, and design patterns
