Director of Organisation Development & Talent (Arabic Speaker)Director of Organisation Development and Talent (Arabic Speaker)Dubai, UAEOur client is a leading local employer in the Middle Eastern region. They are currently looking to recruit an Organisational Development and Talent Specialist. In this role you will lead and direct the function, making sure that the processes and structures ensure effective sustainable long term development of the organisation’s internal capacity to help the company achieve its goals.The role will be a catalyst for achieving effective change management, culture development and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:* Implement the OD strategy to endure continuous improvement through culture change and workforce planning to ensure the organisation is equipped to meet the business objectives.* Lead the employee engagement initiatives and develop metrics and assessment mechanism to manage the engagement survey.* Review and improve JDs across the organisation to ensure they are in line with other roles in the same job family.* Lead organisational change initiatives through a structured change management framework and approach to ensure that change is approached positively and the desired results are achieved.* Lead all Learning and development initiatives for the company to ensure the development needs of employees are achieved.* Manage the training budget.* Develop and implement a talent management process that supports the staff development and overall talent management strategy.You will be an inspiring leader who strives for continuous improvement. Previous experience of planning and delivering organisational and cultural change, and a seasoned people manager with a track record of successful staff engagement is essential.
