To execute the network expansion strategy of Titan through focused end to end execution from scouting to hand-over of new stores in new cities with an oversight of optimization of setup cost

Sales: Business plan formulation

1. Develop expansion plans in line with the overall business expansion plan

2. Develop relations & strategic partnerships with real estate agencies

3. Develop & manage expansion pipeline

1. Study market potential, benchmark the competition in different cities and create plans for expansion and present the same to seek approval from the RBM

2. Identify and conduct feasibility study on potential properties in the identified cities with the help of BD team

3. Scout for commercial properties for retail stores for new stores or old stores to be relocated to a new location

4. Identify and conduct feasibility study on potential franchisee partners in the identified markets

5. Create the ROI projections for the new upcoming stores and seek approval from the RBM

6. Create and propose the annual budgetary requirements for new store profitability

7. Provide support in store closure, recovery of security deposit, effective stores lease renewals and franchisee proposed

8. Ensure process adherence in BPM Portal and other documentation

9. Supervise the on-boarding process of the new associate to ensure smooth induction

10. Track the new store until stabilization and hand over to the ABM

11. Act towards achieving savings from real estate in terms of rent renegotiation, brokerage fees, landlord scope of work, fit-out period and lock in period reduction and others
