The Assistant Business Development Manager will work closely with Business Development Managers to assist in the delivery of a highly professional and personalised attraction, enquiry management, recruitment and admissions service. The successful candidate will organise, co-ordinate and project manage an extensive range of calling campaigns, online webinars and face to face interactions aimed at identifying, attracting and converting high-calibre candidates interested in completing post-experience programmes (MBA, Executive Diplomas and MSc Global Central Banking and Financial Regulation).
This role will require the successful candidate to work using their own initiative with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. This is a demanding role therefore, eagerness and ability to work under pressure are paramount. The successful candidate should demonstrate creativity and innovation in an ever-changing environment. To succeed the successful candidate will need to demonstrate an ability in the provision of effective assistance for busy senior managers, proven organisational and planning skills and a track record in project/event management. A focus on working smart and encouraging the spirit of partnership and alliance with candidates, colleagues and external stakeholders is essential to success in this role. The role will involve regular visits to The Shard to assist with attraction and recruitment events and possibly some international travel.
