Do you have a proven track record in developing and nurturing relationships with enterprise customers, going through the bid and tender process to win large scale accounts? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you, working within the Key Accounts division at Evolution.

Evolution is a global tech recruitment business headquartered in Warrington, which is where the role will be based. Starting out with 2 people in the CEO’s basement 23 years ago as a permanent tech recruitment business in the UK market, we’ve grown and developed with 5 global offices and teams that recruit permanent and contract tech professionals all over the world.

Following 2 consecutive record years for Evolution, we’re now looking to add some strategic senior hires into the business, to support the ambitious plans we have to expand further.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, supporting the Key Accounts division to engage with clients and develop contract IT recruitment solutions and Statements of Work (SOW), which our highly experienced team of consultants will deliver on.

You will use your expertise in conjunction with our insight-led approach to business development, which includes hosting podcasts with prospective clients around meaningful topics. We believe in establishing lasting relationships and this podcast process has proved as a very effective way of doing so across the business. You will also attend networking events and act as an ambassador of the Evolution brand.


To be successful in this role, you will have a thorough understanding of the contract recruitment market within the tech space and proven experience in winning large-scale accounts previously.

You will also need an openness to adopting a new way of working to incorporate our insight-led approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding results for your clients.
