DNA Recruit is working with a multi award winning Events Agency who are looking to bring onboard highly experienced, consultative Business Development Managers to generate leads, pitch to top senior executives and C-suites and close deals! This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a high performing team within an International company that can offer clear career progression in the UK as well as Internationally.

Main Responsibilities:

Research and generate leads, cold calling in order to pitch and win new business with C-suite people within large organisations with a solution sales approach, and the skill to cross-sell and upsell products and services. Forging strong and lasting relationships will be key in this role in order to convert deals, building solid rapport with clients in order to have returning business and referrals. Mentor and coach junior sales staff to help them thrive in their position and eventually succession plan them into more senior roles within the business.

The team is looking for experienced Business Developers with 5+ years experience ideally with knowledge selling into marketing divisions, and extensive experience in closing large 6 to 7 figure deals. You will need to have excellent commercial acumen and understanding in order to pitch to C-suite people within large, International organisations and offer a consultative approach, building strong and long lasting professional relationships from the top of each organisation. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities in order to mentor junior sales people and eventually build and develop your own sales team.
