DNA Recruit is working with a fast paced, fun, energised team within the exhibition stand design and build industry, who are looking to bring onboard a Senior Account Manager to play an integral role in bringing on new business and managing key accounts. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and the design studio to understand, engage and develop client briefs and translate them into winning design proposals.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing hot inbound leads as well as using your own network of contacts within the exhibition and experiential markets to build rapport and excite them about the opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading exhibition design & build agencies. Producing and pitching proposals in order to secure new business opportunities whilst managing existing accounts and finding cross-selling opportunities. Working closely with the Design team to oversee design and costings and preparing sales quotations. Experiencie in T3 systems and custom design builds essential.
The Person…
Our client is looking for someone upbeat and tech savvy, who knows how to engage with 3D and 2D design concepts, helping to deliver exceptional service. A background in exhibition stand design sales and/or account management will be essential in order to be successful in this role.
Strong communications skills and a warm charismatic personality will be vital in this role as you work with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and staff of varied levels, providing support, collaborating with design and sales teams, discussing budgets and sales pitches as well as providing post sale delivery reports.
