Summary:
As Business Development Manager your focus will be on driving our ITAD service offering to target organisations with a high number of IT users and the need for regular IT equipment refresh projects. You will also work closely with partner organisations to explore collaborative solutions with their customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively build strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organisations
- Ensure Global Resale’s ITAD service offering is understood by clients and can be proactively introduced to their customers further down the chain.
- Promote wider Foxway Group service offerings that include Device as a Service, Asset Management, Retail & online buyback.
- Contribute to developing sales and engagement strategies for effective outbound marketing campaigns.
- Develop insightful reports for internal stakeholders on sales performance.
- Ensure that sales targets are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Asset Disposition services
- Ability to build effective and constructive relationships across multiple suppliers and opportunities
- Working to set milestones and team objectives
- Taking responsibility to manage requirements calling on resources as required that meet agreed timescale
- Ability to manage supplier and customer expectations
