ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new opportunities for stock generation of units and projects for sale or lease.
Thorough knowledge of London’s real estate market, with key knowledge of affluent locations.
Develop connections with Developers, Block Management Companies, Estate Agents, and Asset Management Companies.
Ensure personal sales revenue & profitability targets are achieved.
Carry out telephone canvassing to generate interest and leads from prospects from our and own database.
Register, accompany and carry out viewings with applicants/prospective buyers.
Respond to leads from different website.
Manage leads and viewings.
Work with other staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Be able to assist in leading the team in the absence of the manager.
Attend industry functions, association events and conferences to provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with Senior Management on business and industry trends, with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to increases sales.
Submit weekly progress reports to Management and ensure data is accurate.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
Track and record activity on accounts which will help to close deals to meet sales targets.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Direct sales experience is desirable, but more important is ambition, the desire to offer first class customer service, as well as earn a high salary and commit to hitting targets.

The ideal person will be able to show evidence of:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Business Development role, within high-end residential real estate.
Skills in negotiation and persuasion
A confident and outgoing manner
Must be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines and have the ability to achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Determination, perseverance, and patience
An understanding of marketing techniques
An ability to make high volume outbound sales calls from time to time.
Computer literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
A smart & professional appearance at all times.
A full manual driving license (UK).
A valid work permit in UK.
