My client is a multi-award winning leading UK Drink Brand with an exciting concept and product. This brand is full of depth and complexity which will rival those in the ever growing drinks industry. The brand has a strong sustainability ethos and a passion for flavors.
They are currently on the search for a Business Development Manager to hit the ground running with a strong work ethos. The Business Development Manager will be sales focused with a fantastic London based network around the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will help drive the direction of the business, build a large portfolio and ensure brand awareness, engagement and culture is at the forefront.
The role itself will support the on-trade team and report directly into the Head of Sales, ensuring consistent planning and strategy.

Business Development Manager responsibilities
- Securing, developing and growing new business whilst maintaining a strong relationship with current clients. Networking is key.
- Progressing the story of sustainability, flavor and uniqueness of the products
- Proactive management of sales into existing accounts and new accounts, whilst ensuring budgets and targets are achieved
- Support and direct Marketing, PR and events as required.
- Delivery and implantation of tastings, training and consumer understanding
- Follow up customer care and ongoing client retention, alongside business support
The ideal Business Development Manager Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Business Development Manager position within the drink industry.
- Understanding of training, tasting and brand development plans
- Strong network of contacts across the drinks industry
- Curiosity and passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends
- A confident self-starter and self-motivator – relationship and results driven.
- Energetic, fun and a truly positive team player with fantastic communication skills
