Description of the Role
This is a Senior Educational Counselor position that is full-time and on-site in Karachi. In your role as an educational counselor, you will help students make the best decisions by advising them on their educational possibilities. You will also provide guidance and support for students’ academic, personal, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Telecounseling and Walk-in Counselling: Shortlist UK institutions, provide walk-in students with career and academic profiles, and convertthem into candidates.
University Communication: Coordinate the admissions process with universities and the backend application staff.
Student Follow-up: Keep track of all current and potential clients’ information in the CRM system and follow up with students on a regular basis.
Student Relations: Throughout the process, keep a friendly relationship with students by answering their questions and concerns.
Advice: Outline the benefits of attending a UK university and provide students advice on potential career paths.
Participation in activities: Attend activities hosted by the university.
Team Coordination: Arrange student appointments for university visits by working with the team.
Monitoring and Reporting: Keep an eye on the success of campaigns and plans and inform top management of their findings.
Activity Support: To supply pipeline leads and reach conversion goals by intake, assist in carrying out destination-specific activity schedules.
Goal Attainment: Reach goals
at predetermined timeframes.
Teamwork: Contribute to the office team in a productive and efficient manner, assisting management by fostering a collaborative work environment and teamwork.
Marketing Opportunities: Determine the most important marketing prospects.
Essential Competencies and Credentials
Education and Experience: One to two years of experience advising international applicants is desired, as is a bachelor’s degree (UK grads preferred).
Counseling Experience: It is essential to have prior counseling or educational experience.
Admissions Procedure: It is advantageous to have prior experience with college applications and the admissions procedure.
Administrative Experience: The capacity to operate both alone and collaboratively, as well as to manage your own workload.
Communication: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Knowledge: Excellent comprehension of foreign education and destination systems.
The capacity to multitask under duress and fulfill
due dates.
Service Orientation: A dedication to providing excellent service.
Technical Skills: Web surfing and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Well-developed problem-solving abilities.

Monthly salary: between Rs. 65,000.00 to Rs. 90,000.
