Requirements :
- Person must be in UAE.
- Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Sales / Marketing / Business or related field.
- Experience: 5 Years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, relevant experience in perfume/fragrance industries only.
- Understands all sales functions, Customer, Field.
- Category Development experience, distributor or retail operations.
- Demonstrated success in previous roles as well as delivering targets. Online Sales, eCommerce, digital experience compulsory.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Understanding digital and tech is key.
- Analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable to rapid change
- Hands-on mentality, not afraid to tackle administrative tasks in order to develop accounts.
- Strong eye for detail
- Willingness to learn.
- Creative thinking
