A brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate salesperson with experience selling labels to join one of the leading print professionals in the UK.
My client has over 100 years’ experience offering specialist print packages and solutions to online retail partners. Joining their Labels Department as a New Business Development Manager will see you responsible for driving business growth within the company by acquiring new business in a range of sectors including food, drink, pharma and healthcare.
Working externally, with a site visit required only once every 3-4 weeks, will require you to have strong time management and organisational skills along with fantastic communication and negotiation skills.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Win and manage relationships with new accounts in order to develop and grow company revenue.
– Work to and deliver agreed KPIs and objectives.
– Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
– Generate strategic relationships with key individuals within the current and target customer bases.
– Represent the business in all meetings with existing and prospective clients
– Leverage customer insights to inform multi-channel marketing activity (e-mail, social, partnerships, etc.)
For you to be successful, we require:
– A minimum of 3 years’ experience of selling labels to new business markets
– Excellent solution sales skills with a proven track record of success
– Be collaborative and adaptable, with an upbeat positive approach.
– Able to build relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
– Strong negotiation, networking and people skills
– Confident using CRM, MIS and Microsoft Office packages
