Primary Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
- Mapping of the local businesses and have a key focus on developing strategies to work with retailers.
- Management of a team of 10-15 employees in a 2-shift system.
- Maintenance and further development of a method for continuous improvement.
- Generate and analyze internal reports for planning and monitoring purposes, both for direct reports and portfolios.
- To ensure relationships are maintained and developed with key partners where necessary.
- Create and execute business plans to drive sales and growth.
- Identify target segments and create campaigns.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Bachelor Degree Holder with at least 2 years experience in the related field.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- Strong organizational skills.
