We are doing our full commercial launch in Dubai soon and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to handle our relationships to our network of partners who will be property brokers.
Our platform requires enrolling property agents and paying them a monthly fee to be part of our platform. Unlike other sales jobs, you don’t have a revenue target in this job, you have a monthly budget to distribute to eligible broker partners. If you are able to exhaust your budget successfully and spend the budget and distribute the monthly budget funds, you are eligible for an incentive.
This is a challenging and demanding role and requires a special individual with unique skills . Knowledge of the property sector is essential. Strong command of English is a must and it must be your first language and must have been the main language of your parents as well.
Your role will include enrolling agents on to the platform for free and working with them on the platform to be able to help them earn from the company payout budget.
You are incentivised on enrolling more and more property agents on the platform, they can enroll for free and then can get paid by us every month as they continue with us. It’s the ultimate dream job, so sales targets and a budget target to spend .

Salary: AED15,000.00 – AED17,500.00 per month
