Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, the NBD Manager will be tasked with delivering our new sales strategy with the ultimate goal of growing our restaurant count through profitable restaurant development. They will be tasked with attracting and securing new Franchisees across UK and Ireland through referrals and the ability to proactively generate new leads.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:This is a sales and relationship focused role responsible for identifying through Research & Analysis, negotiating and provide transitional support during the onboarding process of new Franchisees.Develop and maintain the FZE Growth Readiness Dashboard which allows us to easily identify and work with our existing partners that have the capacity to grow their portfolios.Develop and maintain collateral that is locally relevant; reflects the latest business activity and showcases the best of the brand and will be utilized across various assets which make up the UK & Ireland sales toolkit. This includes the Development Website.Support the Head of NBD to execute opportunities in raising the awareness of Franchising opportunities across the market with both Trad & Non-Trad prospects.Skills & Abilities:Creative with strong negotiating (sales) skills. Sound commercial awareness.Excellent project management skills.
