Job description: Plan, implement, and monitor development projects for the organisation’s corporate committees. Establish policies and procedures, align committee tasks with strategic objectives, evaluate committee performance, and coordinate with external committees. Manage resources, automate processes, organise meetings, and oversee budgets for committee governance.
- Plan and implement development projects for the organisation’s corporate committees.
- Follow up on technical systems and documentation related to committee work.
- Collaborate with CEOs and Directors to develop committee tasks and implementation plans.
- Align committee plans with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
- Study and evaluate committee work plans and objectives.
- Establish classification criteria for permanent committees.
- Evaluate important committees based on classification criteria.
- Coordinate with external committees at the Dubai Government level.
- Organise and manage standing and temporary committees.
- Manage section projects, automation initiatives, and budgets.

- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or any related fields.
- 7 years of experience in the same field or in the field of evaluation, follow up and planning.
- Certification in EFQM, ISO 9001, Team Management and PMP is preferred.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
